UPDATE: Joint SPSS SP Club Fundraiser a SUCCESS!

It was as hot as Hades but people came and they shopped.  Almost $1000 was raised. We are so grateful to those who made purchases. Twenty percent of the proceeds went to two good SP causes: the Small Point Club and the Small Point Summer School. We had representatives from all roads, all ages, and men and women. Petroglyphist Kevin Sudeith will be leading a tour to see one of his petroglyph carvings installed along a Phippsburg hiking trail. Participants will meet at the Center Pond preserve parking lot.

Brady Kirchberg did a fantastic job as our inaugural Club speaker for the season. On Thursday, July 30, Twenty-five Zoom participants (actually more, as there was more than one member present on several of the Zooms) were glued to their screens, listening with rapt attention to Brady’s inside look at how the movie/TV industry functions.
