Directions
The Small Point Club is located at the southern tip of Phippsburg, Maine approximately 30 minutes from Bath.As you approach bath on Route 1 stay to the right and take the Rt 209 Phippsburg exit. (just past Gulf-Cumberland Farms store on your right) Turn right on 209. You are about 13 miles from the Club.
Follow 209 until it takes a left to Popham Beach. You will continue straight on Route 216. (Not 217) Follow 216 about 2.3 miles, watching for the Lobster House restaurant on your right. Pass the Lobster House and within about a half mile you will pass a curve to the right after which will be a landscaped parking lot on the right side of the road.
At the end of this lot on your left you will see a Club Road sign. Turn left on Club Road. Follow it, passing tennis courts on your right, to the fifth house on the left ( dark green, flowerboxes, flag flying) You have arrived!
If you follow Rt 216 to the entrance to Hermit Island turn around; you have gone too far.
